Online entry consists of a simple two-step process - payment of the entry fee(s), followed by submission of a completed 'Rider Details' registration form.

PAYMENT

Please select from the entry options below to secure your place(s) in the 2012 Great Weston Ride.

A separate window will open once you click 'Add to Cart'.  If you wish to add an 'Under 16s' or a 'Transport' entry to your booking simply select 'Continue Shopping' to return to this page and add further entries as required.

When you're ready, at checkout payment can be made via Paypal OR by debit or credit card (no PayPal account needed).  Simply click the 'Checkout' button and select your preferred payment option.

Please note that there is a transport option available below for those who need it either to bring riders (+ bikes) to the start in Bristol in the morning OR to take riders back to Bristol after the Ride in the afternoon, and this service can be booked separately at a later date, if you wish - any time up until June 30th 2012.

REGISTRATION

Once you have completed the payment process please go to the 'Rider Details' section under 'Enter Here' on the website and fill in ONE FORM PER ENTERED RIDER to complete your entry.

You will then receive formal confirmation of your entry via email within 24 hours.  NB the confirmation email will only be sent once full rider details are received so please ensure that you complete the form(s) without delay.  Completing this form on entry will also save you time and inconvenience on the day of the Ride.
