You can enter the Great Weston Ride online or by post:

Online Entry

Go to the 'Enter Online' button on the left to guarantee immediate entry into the Ride (NB minimum rider age is 14).  Please note that Under 16s MUST be accompanied by an adult.

You can enter for as many people (adults and Under 16s) as you wish, and just make one combined payment.  Payment can be made via PayPal or via a debit or credit card (no PayPal account needed).

After completing the payment process, please go to the 'Rider Details' section and complete the online form (one form for each rider that you've entered).  This provides rider insurance benefits, and also means that on the day of the Ride you can just turn up, sign in and set off - no tedious forms to fill in!

It is anticipated that online entry will close at the latest about a week before the Ride - however, there will be a limit on the total number of riders so, depending on take-up, entry may well close earlier and riders are therefore advised to enter as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. 

Offline Entry

If you prefer to enter by post, please download the entry form below, complete your details and forward to the address on the form (NB one form is needed per rider, although payment can be made together).

The closing date for receipt of offline entries is 30th June 2012.
